🧾 Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your online order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, the order will be considered in processing and cannot be canceled.

♻️ Product Return or Replacement

Products can be returned or replaced within 7 days after receiving them. For perishable food items, the return period is 48 hours. A sales invoice or order number must be provided during the return process. Customers are eligible to receive a replacement product or a refund of equal value for the returned item(s).

🚚 Delivery Policy

In line with standard courier service practices in Bangladesh, we usually deliver products within 3 working days. Delivery may be slightly delayed due to natural calamities, transportation issues, or national circumstances.

For Home Delivery: Products can be delivered up to the 2nd floor of a multi-storied building. If a lift is available and usable, no extra delivery charge will apply. For packages weighing more than 15 kg, an additional charge of ৳10 per 5 kg will apply.

💰 Refund Policy

In-store purchases: Refunds will be provided in cash. Online or customer care purchases: Refunds will be made via mobile banking platforms such as bKash, Nagad, Upay, or any other suitable channel.
